KCI is an Arizona Corporation founded in 1996.  KCI specializes in consulting for High Speed data movement, including file systems, storage systems, and processing systems.

1. Acquisition and Architecting consulting for High Performance Computing (HPC) systems and storage solutions.

2. HPC timeline performance modeling consulting .  Stochastic modeling techniques are used to analyze computer architecture performance by our architecture consultants.

3. Storage system and file system design.  Heterogeneous SAN, NAS, Tape, and HSN storage system design consulting.  Gig E; 10 Gig E, Fibre Channel, InfiniBand

4. Tools: KCI engineers have developed a proprietary set of performance analysis tools, used to profile inter-processor communication of large codes.  This HPC software is available for sale, or use by our consultants.

KCI employees have consulted on over 10 acquisitions of HPC hardware, each in excess of $10M.  This includes HPC software benchmarking, architecture analysis, total system costing, system engineering, and the acquisition process consulting.
